Kavi's Animal Sorting Lab
Kavi pins up a big chart 📋 and grins, "Welcome to the sorting lab!" A dog runs in on four legs, a sparrow flaps its wings, and a goldfish swims with fins. "Scientists don't just look — we record what we see," says Kavi. "We'll sort every animal by how it moves and what covers it, and make a tally as we go!"

A peek inside
How does a sparrow 🐦 move, and what covers it?
I watch it flap into the sky, so it moves with wings. Its body is covered in feathers.
Try this at home: Sort by how they move: dog · eagle · fish · frog → Legs · Wings · Fins
