Kavi's Noisy Kitchen

Kavi tiptoes into the kitchen and taps a pot 🥘 — BONG! Under Kavi's wing, the pot shakes. "Things that shake make sound!" Then a grown-up pours a steamy cup of tea ☕ — hot! Kavi keeps back and touches an ice cube 🧊 instead — cold! "Our ears hear sounds, and our skin feels hot and cold," hoots Kavi. "Let's explore!"

A peek inside

A bell 🔔 is ringing. What is the bell doing to make its sound?
I touch it very lightly… it trembles! It is shaking.

Try this at home: Name one source of sound — something that shakes to make a sound.
