Collaborate, Version & Iterate
Coding & Systems · version · collaborate · iterate — save numbered versions so you can always go back, work as a team without overwriting each other, and improve a product in loops from real feedback and testing

Kavi Keeps Every Version
Kavi's whole team was building one app together. "Last week I typed over our best work and lost it," Kavi sighed, "so now I do three things." First, Kavi versions — every big change is saved as a new numbered snapshot (v1, v2, v3), and the old ones are kept, so Kavi can always roll back to a version that worked. Second, Kavi collaborates — the team agrees who edits which part, leaves comments, reviews each other, and merges everyone's changes instead of overwriting them. Third, Kavi iterates — build it, test it, ask real users for feedback, make one change, save a new version, and go round the loop again. "A product is never finished at version 1," Kavi hooted. "Keep your versions, work as a team, and improve from what testers really tell you!"
