Your Identity & Reputation
Online life — how every post you make shapes the picture others have of you

Kavi Paints a Picture
Kavi posted a drawing, and a friend wrote back: "Wow, Kavi is so kind — they cheered me up last week too!" Kavi smiled. Grandma leaned over. "Did you notice? Every time you post, you paint a tiny picture of who you are. People put all those bits together — and that picture is your reputation." Kavi thought hard. A kind comment, a helpful tip, an honest word — each one adds a brush-stroke. But a mean joke adds one too, and posts can be saved, shared, and seen long after you make them. "So I get to shape how people see me," said Kavi, "one post at a time." Grandma nodded. "Before you post, ask: what will this make people think of me?"
