Kavi Looks Back at Term 1
At the end of the term, Kavi sat down with a mug of acorn tea. "Look how much we learned!" Kavi hooted. "We taught a program to choose with IF–THEN — that's selection. We kept a score in a box that changes — that's a variable. We saw how a computer takes information in, works on it, and gives it back out — input, process, output — and we met the CPU, the memory and the storage inside. And we put facts in a spreadsheet and picked the right chart to answer a question — that's data." Kavi smiled. "Let's look back and make sure we remember it all."
