Kavi Meets the Vowel Patterns

"Some letters team up to make their own special sound," says Kavi the owl. "ar says /ar/ in car, or says /or/ in fork, and oi says /oi/ in coin. The ow team is clever — it says /ow/ in cow but /ō/ in snow! Say the pattern as one sound, then blend the whole word."
