Combine Mine and AI's
AI can help with a part — but the finished thing is one whole that you join together, check, and own.

Kavi's Team-Up Poster
Kavi the owl is making a tiger poster. She draws the tiger herself — her best stripes ever! Then she asks the AI helper for some tiger facts, and it gives her three. "I won't use ALL of them," she hoots, "and I won't throw MY drawing away either." She picks the two best facts, writes them under her own tiger, and reads the whole thing to check. "My part plus the AI's part, joined into one whole — and I checked every bit. That makes it mine!"

Questions parents ask
+What does it mean to combine my work and the AI's?
It means you do part of the job yourself, let the AI help with another part, then join the two into one finished whole — keeping the best bits of each, making the pieces fit, and checking the result. You drew the tiger; the AI suggested some facts; you put your drawing and the two best facts on one poster and checked they are true.
+Is pasting the AI's whole answer the same as combining?
No. Combining uses BOTH your part and the AI's part. Deleting your own work and pasting only the AI's whole answer is just copying — nothing of yours is in it. Combining means your work and the AI's end up together in one whole that you shaped.
+Who is the author when I combine my work with an AI's?
You are. The AI is a helper for one part, but you choose what goes in, you fit the pieces together, and you read the whole thing and check it is true and sounds like you. Because you decide and check, the combined whole is your work.
+What age is this 'Combine Mine and AI's' lesson for?
