Multiply and divide fractions and decimals
Fractions: × straight across (top×top, bottom×bottom), then simplify; ÷ by KEEP the first, CHANGE ÷ to ×, FLIP the second. Decimals: × as whole numbers then count the decimal places; ÷ by shifting the point until the divisor is whole.
